One person, one truck, one trade. If it's bolted to a residential pool in Plano, Dallas or Fort Worth, it's something I've taken apart, rebuilt, or swapped out more times than I can count.
I've been servicing and repairing residential pools in the Plano area since 1990. No call center, no rotating subcontractors, no "your technician will be assigned." You describe what's happening on the pad, I come look at it, and we go from there.
Most of what I see can be repaired. When something genuinely needs replacing, I tell you why and quote the part — not a package.
The work I'm best at is the work most service routes hand off: salt cells with heavy scale, pump motors that hum and won't start, control boards stuck on a single relay, heaters that lock out on ignition.
Scale check, acid wash, electrode read. Cells that get cleaned on the right schedule last years longer than the warranty.
Bearings, seals, capacitors, impellers. A diagnostic before a quote means you don't pay for a new pump when the pump isn't the problem.
Old natural-gas unit was condemned at inspection. Customer wanted the existing pad layout kept clean so the filter could still be serviced from the side.
No quote forms, no scheduling apps. Pick up the phone and talk to the person who'll be standing on your pad.
